If the item is in a sealed plastic bag, do not break the seal or open the bag in other ways.

Carefully wrap the item in the same way it was wrapped when you received it. Close the box well with tape and send it to:

You have to do this within 14 days of receiving the item. When we have received the unused item, still with labels and in original packaging, we will immediately send your refund back to the account that was used to buy the item.
