The terms and conditions below apply to all users of the website

Vanhille Grubert reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Date for latest version will be stated at the end of the Terms & Conditions.

RETURN POLICY

NOTE: Even though we did our best to match the exact color, different screens can show the colors slightly different.

We only ship within EU. Some items can only be picked up or delivered in the Bruges, Belgium region. Please find information on each items product page.

We hope you will love what you found at Vanhille Grubert. All items have been carefully selected and sent with love, but if you for some reason regret your purchase, this is what you have to do:

When you receive the item, carefully unwrap the packaging to reveal your item. If you for some reason want to return it, send us an email at: vanhille.grubert.return@emiliegrubert.com or fill in the Order Cancellation Form at the bottom of this website. Explain the issue and that you want to return it. If the item is in a sealed plastic bag, do not break the seal or open the bag in other ways. You will then receive a returnform by email, that you have to print out. Please note that new items have to be returned in sealed original packaging and/or cannot have been used. Vintage items has to be returned in the exact state as they were described in our webshop.

Please fill out the return form and enclose it in the shipment. Carefully wrap the item in the same way it was wrapped when you received it. Close the box well with tape and send it to:

NOTE: We highly recommend you send your item so it can be tracked and share the tracking information with us. Vanhille Grubert does not take responsibility for any items lost in the mail system.

You have to do this within 14 days of receiving the item. When we have received the unused item, still with labels and in original packaging, we will immediately send your refund back to the account that was used to buy the item. If the item has been damaged or shows traces of use, Vanhille Grubert reserve the right to not make a refund. In this case you are free to arrange a pickup from Ezelstraat 23 – 8000 Brugge- Belgium and get the originally bought item back.

Note: We will not refund the sending cost.

For your own safety we recommend you to keep the postage receipt with tracking number.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Pricing Policy

All prices are shown in Euro.

All prices include Belgian VAT of 21% on orders to Europe.

Prices do not include delivery charges.

Orders may be subjected to local taxes and/or import duties at your own expense.

We do our best to have all information on our site correct, but please note that pricing errors can occur. If the correct price is less than our stated price, the correct price will be charged to you. If the correct price is higher than the price stated on our webshop, we will have to cancel your order. We will then contact you.

The amount for your order will not be charged until your order has been shipped.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order.

If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you by email.

Orders placed before 9.00 am are usually shipped on the same day. Orders are not shipped on weekends and Belgian holidays.

Orders placed after 9.00 am for pick up at 23 Ezelstraat- 8000 Brugge- Belgium, will usually be ready for pick up the following day. Book an appointment to come and pick it up on our website or contact us directly.

In busy periods, such as Christmas, there might be a slight delay on delivery. We work as fast as we can, but your order will always be dispatched within 1-3 working days from the time you place your order.

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

We cannot be held liable for any delays with the shipping company or local customs.

Shipping Fees within the EU

Shipping rates are automatically calculated from the weight of the item(s) that you order, from the pricing of the Belgian Post or DPD.

Guarantee Vintage Products

Many of our items are vintage items and might show traces of time and wear. We have been very careful to describe all of these scratches and damages with pictures and to mention them in the description text. By purchasing any of these items, you have 14 days to inspect the item and if wished return your item. Scratches or damages that are already described on www.vanhille-grubert.com or have been applied after you received the item, do not count as a valid reason to exchange or receive a refund after the 14 days, by applying the European Consumer Guarantee law of faulty products. Already stated damages and scratches, general wear and improper use of an item, does also not grant use of European Consumer Guarantee law of faulty products.

New Products (not vintage products)

All new products are covered by the European Consumer Guarantee law of faulty products, giving you 2 years to complain about an item.

This does not include defects caused by improper use, faulty maintenance or general wear.

If this happens we will contact you, through one of the contact infomations you have given us. If Vanhille Grubert cannot get in contact with you, Vanhille Grubert will cancel your order and transfer any amount issued, back to the account used. Vanhille Grubert cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by using the site or our webshop. Vanhille Grubert cannot be held responsible for not being able to use the site. Vanhille Grubert cannot guarantee problem-free, uninterrupted, and secure access to the site.

Vanhille Grubert use Secure Socket Layers (SSL) hosted by wix.com. Secure Socket Layers (SSL) is the industry standard in transferring information to process your orders. Vanhille Grubert uses the The Wix Store checkout sytem and the process is secured by HTTPS / TLS encryption.

Logo Copyright

The logo used by Vanhille Grubert is owned by the children of Gunnar Sneum and can under no circumstances be used for commercial use.

Vanhille Grubert does not install any cookies or tracking on your device when you use www.vanhille-grubert.com.

The only information we keep is what you give us. We handle your information with the greatest care and do not share it with anyone. If you want us to delete your information, you are free to let us know and we will immediately do so.

However our site is hosted by wix.com and Vanhille Grubert can not take responsibility for what wix.com does. Your personal data, such as name, email and ip address may be disclosed to third parties, through the wix.com platform, to for example be able to make safe transactions. For security reasons, Vanhille Grubert does not store any payment information in our database.

If Vanhille Grubert suspects any kind of fraud, Vanhille Grubert reserves the right to delay or cancel any order at any time.

Vanhille Grubert does not use cookies or collect any of your information, except for the information you provide yourself, when signing up for our newsletter or purchase an item from our webshop. However Wix.com’s platform cookies are used on the site to improve your experience when browsing and using the website. In addition to use for statistical purposes, the cookies identify your computer and allows the site to remember your personal settings.
